We use your information to provide services, personalise experiences, process transactions, improve safety, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
Bestätigungscodes und Benachrichtigungen
Wenn Sie sich registrieren oder anmelden, senden wir Ihre Bestätigungscodes standardmäßig per E-Mail. Per SMS senden wir sie nur in Ländern, in denen ein Administrator den SMS-Versand aktiviert hat.
Wenn ein Verein darum bittet, mit einer Community verknüpft zu werden, werden die Admins dieser Community in der App und per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Wenn die Community die Anfrage annimmt oder ablehnt, werden die Admins des Vereins auf die gleiche Weise benachrichtigt.
Wer Sie finden kann
Mit der Einstellung „Mich in Suchergebnissen anzeigen“ in den Einstellungen können Sie sich aus den Suchergebnissen ausblenden. Solange sie deaktiviert ist, finden andere Sie nicht, wenn sie in der App nach Personen suchen oder Personen auswählen, und Sie werden nicht unter „Personen, die Sie kennen könnten“ vorgeschlagen. Wer einen direkten Link zu Ihrem Profil hat, kann es weiterhin öffnen, und Plattform-Administratoren können Ihr Konto weiterhin finden.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and operational requirements. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days except where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests via your account settings or by contacting us.
